a lovely retreat

great location lovely room
The location was great. It was a short walk to the abbey and just about a mile to the tor, offering beautiful views. i found the price very reasonable and the room so lovely. The accommodation felt just right. i was pleased with these aspects.
The room felt very small. also a very noisy extractor fan in the en-suite could not be turned off. It kept going all night.

ensuite nice ensuite friendly friendly staff free car park small bed weak shower few sockets
My room had a very good ensuite. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful. They had a free car park, it is always a bonus.
The bed felt small with a duvet that was not really big enough for two people. My shower pressure was very weak. It had few electrical sockets in convenient location.

The on-site parking was definitely convenient.
My 'Double Room Private Bathroom' was not properly cleaned. I found some hairs in the shower. the music from the pub downstairs was far too loud. It continued until late.

nice ensuite free car park central location
The twin room included a nice ensuite. I found the free car park convenient (a real plus in this area). The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the main shops and Glastonbury Abbey.
The shower wasn't very powerful, a little disappointing.
